WhatsApp and third-party links

Submitting the quote form through the "Send via WhatsApp" option opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp — nothing is sent until you tap send there, and that message is then subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices. Links on this site to Facebook or other external platforms are likewise governed by those platforms' own privacy policies once you leave our site.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, handle any follow-up questions, and meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
