Local knowledge
VGC bookings are almost entirely estate-based — school excursions, church programmes, and residents' association events that need pickup from a specific close or gate rather than a street address. Drivers assigned to VGC jobs are used to signing in at the estate gate and navigating the internal road network. For groups of 14–18, a Hiace is usually the quicker, more practical choice than a full-size Coaster — easier to route and easier to park.
If your pickup point is deep inside the estate, let us know the closest gate and house/close reference in advance so the driver can clear security without delay.
