Toyota Hiace for Events in Lagos

Smaller Lagos events — an intimate wedding party, a church group, a family celebration — often move 14 to 18 guests, and a Hiace fits that size without paying for empty seats on a Coaster.

Which events suit a Hiace

Bridal parties, small church groups, naming ceremonies and family reunions are common Hiace bookings — anywhere the guest list is under 20 and the pickup point is an estate or compound with a tighter gate.

What to plan for

• Estate access — a Hiace's smaller footprint clears gates and turning circles a Coaster can't, useful for pickups in older mainland streets or gated compounds.
• Group size ceiling — once the list passes 18–20, a Coaster usually works out cheaper than two Hiace vehicles; see the Coaster vs Hiace comparison.
• Timing around the programme — share the full event schedule, not just a pickup time, especially for a ceremony-to-reception move.

Booking a Hiace for a single event day

Most bookings are a half-day or full-day hire with the driver staying with the vehicle throughout. For the vehicle-agnostic version of this flow, see the event bus rental guide.
