Local knowledge
Osapa London bookings are mostly estate-based — school excursions, church programmes, and residents' association events that need pickup from a specific close or gate rather than a street address. Drivers assigned here are used to the estate's internal layout and the short link roads connecting it to the main expressway. For groups of 14–18, a Hiace is usually the quicker, more practical choice than a full-size Coaster — easier to route and easier to park.
If your pickup point is deep inside the estate, let us know the closest gate and close reference in advance so the driver can find it without circling the neighbourhood.
